Time to focus on sitting.

Yesterday while playing basketball during lunch I tore the plantar fascia off my heel bone. I tried to accelerate forward after playing defense. Heard and felt a load pop in my left heel and then excruciating plain and couldn’t walk on it. So I am unable to stand or walk for a while. This will give me plenty of time to practice sitting Baduanjin and the microcosmic orbit meditation. I am also glad that Ha Sifu showed us this year some sitting Yiquan postures. Appears to be really good timing, at least for me. Also, I’ve added Sifu Fong Ha’s instructions to the digital download store.
