Tai Chi Weight Loss

Here is a great article on Tai Chi and weight loss. I was surprised at how many calories an adult burns an hour while doing the form. Looks like I should be doing an hours worth of form work a day. A few other good points it brought out is that form practice is safe, low impact, requires no equipment and can be done in almost any space. It also helps with the range-of-motion for joints and does strengthening of the stabilizer muscles. All-in-all, a win-win situation.
