The Power of Meditation

“The ordinary is really extraordinary.”  Sifu Wang Xiangzhai made sure his students heard this phrase often.  Every training that Sifu Fong Ha does this is always an introductory topic.  This is no more true than when concerning meditation.  Though extremely simple, meditation is extremely powerful.  Reading through this blog yesterday concerning 44 ways to improve happiness and health, meditation ranked number three.  Let us not underestimate what looks to many to be a waste of time or laziness.  Any one up for a zhan zhuang session?
