That would be great. If the multi-color ones are too expensive then just white on black would be fine too.

Don, I found the Lady who did our last shirts. Do you want me to ask if she still has our artwork? May be able to get them multi color like the last ones for cheaper. I have a new job. I am following you on twitter. kyle at muddycreekcoffee dot com.

Golden Flower is a breathing meditation that actually can be done during wuji meditation. It can actually open up the microcosmic orbit.

Semantics are at play here. If one defines perfect as being like God then no one is. If perfect is being complete/whole as a human being then yes, everyone is. Confidence in that we are complete/whole as a human being.

About confidence: Though he said it quite differently, my interpretation is that confidence comes from being at equilibrium with yourself and the standards you believe in. It is related to the concept that I am already the perfect me, or the perfect person to be me. That does not imply that I am perfect, I just already know myself perfectly when I am at equilibrium with myself. (as opposed to being in denial for example). I am also the one who is responsible to provide myself with the nurturing environment to allow and help myself grow toward perfection.

You did see xingyiquan and 'vanquishing the dragon' standing posture. In 2000, Ha Sifu actually taught us xingyiquan, the workshop we held in Bob's backyard. He has greatly simplified even the art of yiquan since then. Though, I know if asked him at this next seminar he would teach us more of that.

Wow. Did I see some xingyiquan in there? Also, I've never seen Fong doing the "vanquishing the dragon" posture before. Dude, we need an advanced seminar!
