Summer 2010 Workshop

Just wanted to say thanks to all the workshop attendees.  You made this event possible by having the desire to learn and practice from Sifu Fong Ha.  Also, would like to extend my gratitude to Sifu Fong Ha for the time and dedication he has put forth not only for our group but for me personally.

We are making a few adjustments to the Tuesday and Thursday classes.  They will be exclusively for practicing push-hands.  Also, time permitting we may schedule a monthly gathering where we can study push-hands as well.
